Background
Nikki's predominant practice involvement has been as a Senior Specialist Clinician for the STOP Adolescent Programme, Christchurch, New Zealand. This has involved working with adolescents who have engaged in sexually abusive behaviour, their families, caregivers and the systems they are involved with. She has been involved in the development of therapeutic groups for adolescents, work with young men with developmental delay, provision of family therapy and research with this field of practice.
Nikki came to this work with a background of working with older people in hospital and community settings along with group work and family therapy experience with adults and adolescents.
